I have worked as a physiotherapist and personal trainer for 30 years.

I have worked in private practice for most of this time around the Oxford area and I have 3 clinics that I work from Summertown, Woodstock and Bicester treating the general public from children to the elderly for all sorts of conditions and injuries to the skeleton and muscular and nervous systems.
I have worked in professional football for 7yrs and i’ve also  worked with professional Rugby players & top class junior Athletes.I’ve also also worked in  Motor sport and Equestrian to name but a few.

I live in a small village on the outskirts of Bicester and have 3 fantastic children and when I’m not at their numerous sporting events I like to spend my down time cycling long distances on my racing bike.

Rehabilitative Training

I run my own successful rehabilitative training programme alongside my physiotherapy work.
I work very closely with my clients on their individual needs.
I guide them very carefully to achieve their optimum levels of fitness incorporating postural awareness, flexibility, mobility, agility and life-specific strength exercises to allow them to have total confidence and enjoyment in their everyday life.
